-first choose an image that you want to make into a brush. i chose this one.
-right click that image and choose copy
-open PSP and go to edit & paste as new image
-the image of the brush you want should be there.
-now go to the left side of the screen & choose the selection tool
-now hold down the mouse and go around the image like this.
-there should be a dotted line moving around the image where you cut it out.
-go to file > export & custom brush
-a box should pop up that looks like this, give your brush a name & click ok
-your done! now you can use your brush!
